Moore Yoga was founded by freelance Vinyasa instructor Katie Moore, offering dynamic, energising, breath‑led classes. Each session includes thoughtful modifications and variations, allowing you to tailor your practice to your level of experience.

Join the weekly Thursday class from 7–8pm at CALSA in Collingham, where mindful movement, strengthening Vinyasa flows, pranayama breathwork, and guided transitions are accompanied by uplifting beats that energise the room and elevate your practice.

Just bring your mat, some water, and all the good energy you’ve got.

Katie lead a yoga workshop for my hen party, and it was honestly one of the highlights of the whole weekend. She created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere and made every single hen feel included — from the ultra‑fit girls to the mums and even our pregnant ladies. Her gentle focus on alignment meant everyone felt supported, while the flow itself still challenged us in all the right ways.

What made it truly special was how bespoke the session was. Katie had worked closely with my maid of honour beforehand to tailor the workshop perfectly to me. The playlist was chosen with my favourite music in mind, she wove a bit of dance into the flow, and she even added some block‑based core work inspired by our “hunks” theme, which had everyone laughing.

It felt thoughtful, personal, and so much fun. I couldn’t recommend Katie more for anyone wanting a unique and memorable yoga experience.
